Website analytics

Outrun uses PostHog website analytics to count visits and understand navigation, including visits before sign-in. When you sign in, activity is linked using your Outrun account reference. These analytics practices form part of these Terms and are described in the Privacy Policy. This measures page visits, referral domains, approved campaign tags and selected product actions. A random browser identifier and your Outrun account reference when signed in connect these events. We exclude chat content, prompts, responses, API keys, payment details, support messages and personal profile details. Session replay and automatic page-content capture are disabled.

You can turn website analytics off in Preferences under Privacy & account, or on the Privacy Policy page, without losing access to your account. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep it off. Essential account, billing and security records are separate.

These Terms of Service apply to outrun.to, the Outrun API, the dashboard, and @outrunAPI_Bot. They are between you and the operator of Outrun. Review these terms before creating an account, adding credit, or submitting a request. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.

You must be at least 18, or the higher age required to enter into these terms where you live. If you use Outrun for an organization, you must be authorized to act for it. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

You are responsible for the security of your account, API keys, and prepaid codes, and for requests made using credentials you authorize. Use trusted clients, set available spending controls, and replace exposed keys promptly. Support will not ask for your full API key or password.

Do not use someone else’s account without permission, bypass access controls, or create accounts to abuse promotions or restrictions. Promotional credit is subject to its published eligibility conditions.

Trial, promotional, or goodwill credit has no cash redemption value. Contact support about payment mistakes, unauthorized purchases, or any refund rights that apply to your purchase. These terms do not override mandatory consumer protections.

When a prepaid code is purchased from a separate seller, that seller handles issues with the original sale; Outrun support can help investigate redemption and account-credit issues.

Requests are charged at the published rate using metered usage or the stated generation price. Credit can be reserved during processing and adjusted through settlement. Review the model, settings and available balance before submitting.

Successful work is billable. Interrupted, failed, cancelled, disconnected or partially completed text requests can still have billable generated usage. A client failing to display a result does not by itself make completed work free. Failed media jobs and unused reserved credit are handled by the settlement and credit-release process; check the recorded request/job outcome. We do not promise every failed request is free or a fixed reservation-release deadline.

Released reservations and service adjustments return account credit, not cash. Retrying creates a separate request and can create another charge. Check Activity and the existing request/job ID before retrying. Contact support with that ID about an incorrect charge. This section does not change published pricing, refund eligibility or mandatory consumer rights.

Model availability, supported settings, usage limits, and prices may change. The current dashboard and documentation describe the available service; check the applicable rate before future requests. Requests can be rejected or interrupted because of capacity, account limits, maintenance, abuse controls, or third-party service conditions.

Outrun does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a fixed response time, or that every model or feature will remain available. We will address service and billing issues through the published support channels.

You retain the rights you hold in submitted content. You authorize Outrun and the processors needed for your request to receive and process it only to deliver the features you request. Account-history storage applies when you choose saving; media and Workspace explain their separate saving requirements.

You may voluntarily send information to support for help. This does not authorize routine review of unrelated prompts or responses. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit content.

Output rights depend on applicable law and upstream conditions. Outrun cannot guarantee that output is unique, copyrightable, accurate or free of third-party rights. Review AI output before relying on or sharing it, particularly for health, legal, financial, security or other consequential decisions.

Privacy and ZDR limits

Playground text chats and comparisons are temporary by default. Saving requires an explicit choice and confirmation; new conversations start with saving off. Outrun does not retain temporary text-chat transcripts or content-derived history.

Across every model, prompts and responses are excluded from operational request logs. Necessary account, billing, security and content-free usage records remain. Optional saved history, media jobs, Workspace, external apps and backups have separate storage behavior.

A ZDR badge identifies a processor routing control with disclosed limits and possible response-derived audit records. It does not mean every processor stores no information. Temporary mode does not change upstream retention. Read the processor limits and deletion and retention details.

Use Outrun lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not use it to distribute malware, steal credentials, exploit children, facilitate unlawful harm, harass people, share private information without authorization, infringe intellectual-property rights, or evade security controls and service restrictions.

Do not interfere with the service, probe or exploit systems without authorization, abuse trial credit, or resell access in a way that violates applicable restrictions. Model-specific processing and content restrictions can also apply to requests.

Child safety across all models. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and sexual content involving anyone under 18 are prohibited across all Outrun models, including Uncensored, Abliterated, image and video models. Models and processing services may refuse these requests.

Outrun cannot restore temporary text chats after the Playground is refreshed or closed. Save deliberately or copy what you need before leaving. Starting a new temporary chat does not remove a saved conversation.

Optional saved conversations can be reopened or deleted in Your history. Deletion removes active history and stored image previews; backup and processor copies may remain as explained in the Privacy Policy. It does not cancel submitted work or reverse a charge. Media links may expire or become unavailable; download files you need to keep.

Account restrictions and review

Outrun may limit, suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risks, payment abuse, legal requirements or material breaches of these terms. Where practicable and appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact support for review; urgent security or legal situations may require immediate action.

Unused purchased credit remains subject to section 3 and applicable law. An account restriction does not itself add a blanket forfeiture rule. Contact support to review access, disputed activity or any refund rights; mandatory consumer protections remain in effect.

To the extent permitted by law, the service and AI outputs are provided as available, without a guarantee of accuracy, suitability, uninterrupted operation, or a particular result. To the extent permitted by law, Outrun is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory protections that apply to you take precedence over conflicting wording here.

We may update these terms for future service use. We will provide notice where required for material changes. An update does not retroactively remove rights relating to an earlier transaction.
