## How do I top up with crypto?

Prepaid credit works like a balance: add money first, then spend it per request. Every coin below ends up in the same USD balance.

## How do prepaid codes and refunds work?

A prepaid code adds credit without a crypto payment. The Terms set the refund rules.

### Prepaid codes

On the website, open Billing and use **Have a prepaid code?** then Redeem code. In the bot, choose Redeem a code or send `/redeem YOUR_CODE`. The code value is added to the same USD balance.

### Refunds

Purchased credit cannot be withdrawn as cash and is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. See section 03 of the [Terms](https://outrun.to/terms), and contact [support](https://outrun.to/docs/support) about payment mistakes.

If a crypto invoice expires before you pay, start a new top-up instead of paying the old address.

Yes. Outrun is prepaid: add USD credit with crypto or redeem a prepaid code. No card is needed.

### What is the minimum and maximum crypto top-up?

The minimum is $1 and the maximum is $1,000 per top-up, in US dollars with up to two decimals.

### Which coins and networks can I use?
